About Builtie
Builtie turns public construction activity into contactable leads.

Builtie is construction sales intelligence for trade contractors across North America, with its deepest coverage in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). It finds active construction projects, identifies the builder, developer, or owner behind each one, and delivers outreach-ready leads with verified decision-maker contacts. Know the projects. Reach the decision makers.

The same four steps, whether the buyer is a builder, a designer, an owner or a company you want to acquire.

Why Builtie exists

Construction is one of the few industries where buying intent is visible before the sale: a project breaking ground announces that someone is about to spend money on trades. Yet most contractors still wait for referrals or bid lists, because turning public construction signals into a real sales conversation takes hours of research per lead: figuring out what the project actually involves, who is really behind it, and how to reach that person.

Builtie was built to close that gap for the trades that keep North America building, starting with Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Not another database of raw listings, but finished, contactable leads matched to the work you do.

Who Builtie serves

Trade contractors physically performing construction work across the United States and Canada: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, roofing, cabinetry and millwork, framing, structural, and general contractors. If your business depends on knowing which projects are starting and who awards the work, Builtie is built for you.

How it works

  1. Monitor: Builtie tracks construction activity across North America as it surfaces, and qualifies each project against your trade.
  2. Identify: for every qualifying project, Builtie traces past the paperwork to the actual decision maker, the builder, developer, or owner, and verifies their contact details.
  3. Reach: each lead arrives outreach-ready, with site context and a recommended angle, so your first message lands while the decision is still open. Higher tiers run the outreach for you.

The company

Builtie is operated by Brinalle Inc. and is based in Toronto. Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is the founding market and still carries the deepest permit, project, and decision-maker data. Coverage now extends across the United States and Canada, and depth in any given city is set by what its municipality publishes, so ask for live sample projects where you work.

Which plan fits you?

Starter, $79 per seat per month. 20 matched projects a month, which is $3.95 for a fully worked project — the decision maker, their verified email, phone and LinkedIn, the site context and the opening script all included in the one credit. Credits reset each month, and you can top up with a credit pack any time. Sourcing that by hand runs about twenty minutes a project, so the plan buys back roughly seven hours a month. Pick it if you already have someone sending the messages and what you are short of is a qualified list. It does not include Outreach.

Growth, $99 per seat per month. Twenty dollars more buys two and a half times the projects — 50 a month, $1.98 each — plus the entire outreach layer: LinkedIn and email sequences, campaigns, the unified inbox, events and social signals. Anyone opening more than 20 projects a month is better off here on volume alone, before counting the ten to fifteen hours a week that automated follow-up gives back. Pick it if someone on your team will log in and run it.

Done-For-You, the Custom plan, from CAD $1,500 a month. Pick it when the honest answer to “who is going to run this?” is nobody. Builtie's team writes the content, runs your LinkedIn, Instagram and email, answers the comments and DMs, builds and manages the campaigns, A/B tests the messaging, analyzes your followers and your competitors, and hands you the conversations. It sits on top of a Growth seat and is quoted against your trade, territory and channels. See everything Done-For-You covers, or compare all three on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Who operates Builtie?

Builtie is operated by Brinalle Inc. and is based in Toronto, Ontario.

Where does Builtie work?

Builtie is available to trade contractors across North America, in the United States and Canada. Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is the founding market and carries the deepest permit, project, and decision-maker data. Depth elsewhere depends on what each municipality publishes, so ask for live sample projects in your own city.

What does Builtie deliver?

Active construction projects matched to your trade, the builder, developer, or owner behind each one with verified decision-maker contacts, and outreach context. On Growth, Builtie also runs the LinkedIn and email outreach for you, and on the done-for-you Custom plan our team runs it end to end.

How is Builtie different from a project database like ConstructConnect or Dodge?

A database gives you project listings and leaves qualification, decision-maker research, and outreach to you. Builtie does those steps and delivers a contactable lead with project context, built for the direct-relationship sales motion of a trade contractor rather than the tendered bid workflow.
